Mentor
At my new job, I was introduced to a guy that was going to be my new “mentor” the first week I was there. It’s a small business, and they wanted every employee to be on the same page. He taught me all about core values, business goals, and the company mission statement. I also learned a great deal about Personal Finance from him. He told me he also runs his own business out of his home that is a very nice side income. I actually have wanted to learn more about that than anything else, because I would definitely want to have my own business someday
