 NorthOhioParks.com was started on September 25, 2005. Back then we were just a fansite on Cedar Point, and our URL was http://www.cedarpointnews.r8.org/. About a year later I knew we needed more for our site to grow, knowing that Cedar Point has fansite's all over the place. So we expanded with Geauga Lake amusement park. Covering both the entire park amusement to water attractions. Late December 2006 we changed our URL to the now http://www.northohioparks.com/ we teamed up with the popular "Geauga Show" with Michael Lee and brought you a podcast. Michael Lee also gave us the Internet video series "The Point Show". In September 2007 Geauga Lake's amusement side die, knowing that, we needed a new park to cover. So about two months later a brand new version launched "North Ohio Parks Version 2.0" which is the current design you are looking at. We now cover Kalahari resort out of Sandusky, Ohio. The design is not complete as most of the content can't be added until the parks open for the 2008 season.
